Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Concreterice Tree Service wants concreterice.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable by as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Allow the whole site to be used with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If any part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@concreterice.living and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@concreterice.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
Reach a local provider
Tell us about your tree and request an estimate. Independent providers in the San Jose area can follow up, and there is no obligation to hire.
